Updated Review 06/2023: This is still the only bra in which I am actually comfortable and willing to wear. Since my initial review, I have dropped to a 34 band size; however, the XL still fits great due to cup remaining at around an E/F. Hopefully that helps those looking to figure out their fit. The first one I bought is just now starting to wear out (been over a year with consistent wear). So all in all, I still highly recommend this!I’ve been searching for a decent, comfortable sports bra that doubles as a minimizer for a long time. I like a more streamlined look, preferring to present more androgynous most days. Being a 38DDD makes all this difficult.Most compression tops don’t fit my chest (they role up over the girls or cause them to squish into armpits in a decidedly unflattering way). So I came back to sports bras. After many unsuccessful attempts, I finally found this company, and I’m glad I did!I have five now. I love them. First, they hold the girls in place. I dance like a maniac and have had no issue with them staying put. Second, they streamline the body in all the right ways. If I could remove my chest on command, I would… but barring detachable boobs, this works well as a substitute. Third, I feel a lot more comfortable in my body when wearing this. I am far from thin, and my curves give away my feminity away every time. With this though, my tops fit better and I feel much more at home in my own skin.As far as fit goes…. I’m 5′ 2″, 38DDD and wear an XL. When you first put it on, it is TIGHT. After a little while though, it adjusts to your body. The straps stay put. The bottom elastic stays put. The ladies stay put, no adjusting needed after initial run. In essence, everything is contained, as it all should be.In short, I’m thankful I found this bra. I wish they had more color options but hey, I’ll take what I can get.

My Favorite Sports Bra!
I never write reviews but this is the best sports bra I’ve ever found (for reference: I’m a 32 DD) and ordered a Medium. It’s stretchy and comfortable but keeps things in place and there’s little to no bounce (I run and do HIIT workouts at home). High impact sports bras for larger chests tend to be matronly and bulky and fussy, but not this bra. I love that you can pull it over your head and feels easy (there’s one version available above with hook and eye but I hate those). Great coverage but still feels cute and sporty. There aren’t even those annoying cups that always fall out or get lost in the wash. It’s basically two low/medium impact sports bras layered and sewn together. Big fan. I’ll be getting it in every color. Highly recommend giving this bra a shot if you struggle finding a supportive but cute sports bra!

Good lounge/sleep bra for small band/large cup
I wear a 32J or 34HH in Panache and most other UK brands, and I don’t find many wire-free bras that work for me. I now own four of these Syrokan bras, one in L and the others in XL. The L is comfortable and supportive enough for my needs, but getting it on or off is a workout in itself, so I have the XL ones to wear more regularly. I’m thinking about buying a couple more so that I won’t run out anytime soon. [Update: as of June 2025, I have indeed bought more of these bras, and I’ve got one in my cart waiting for any price drops. They’re worth full price, but we all know a sale price is even better. :)]Honestly, I haven’t used this bra for working out. The reason I bought it was for wearing at home, and I have to say it’s one of the best I’ve ever owned for sleeping or lounging. On days when I’m not going anywhere, I’ll sometimes realize that it’s mid-afternoon and I never got around to changing out of what I slept in, because I’m still feeling comfortable in it. As long as I wear some type of bra liner to prevent skin-on-skin contact, it’s the closest I can get to not wearing a bra and feeling comfortable. If the look of the bra matters to you, I wouldn’t say they’re flattering on someone with a large cup and small band, but they’re the least unflattering I’ve seen. The double strap design is kind of cool.

É o melhor top esportivo que já comprei. Material excelente e realmente segura os seios na hora dos exercícios sem esmagar. Eu tenho 1,68 e visto 42 e o grande serviu certinho, então, sugiro que comprem um número maior do que vestem.

Quel super soutien gorge!!Je cours, je monte à cheval avec et tout est super bien soutenu!Pas de mal de cou, de dos ou d’épaules.La texture de “l’élastique” sous les seins est vraiment bien, c’est beaucoup moins humide, même avec un effort soutenuJ’espère que le tissu ne deviendra pas plus élastique trop rapidement

I love the way this bra fits but the waist band should be a bit thicker and the elastic in the shoulder straps rub after about an hour. Considering the price I would still say this is a good workout bra but not for everyday use.
